We love being a welcoming community space, and the safety of our guests, staff, and property is extremely important to us. To ensure everyone has a positive experience, we strictly enforce the following policy:

Children must be directly supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on our property.

• Children may not be left unattended anywhere on the premises.

• Children must remain seated at the table with their supervising adult.

• No climbing, running, or playing on walls, the stage, garden beds, or anywhere on the property.

Failure to follow these rules will result in being asked to close your tab and leave immediately. These policies are non-negotiable and are in place for everyone’s safety.

Well-behaved pets are welcome with the following guidelines:

• Pets must remain leashed and under control of their owner at all times.

• Pets are permitted on the patio only and are not allowed indoors.

• Aggressive, disruptive, or uncontrolled pets will be asked to leave the patio immediately.

Potty stations are located off our property. If your pet relieves themselves on our premises, it is your responsibility to clean up after them and dispose of waste in the trash receptacles provided.

Per Colorado state liquor regulations and brewpub licensing requirements, food and beverage consumed on this property must be purchased from Mountain Merman Brewing Company.

Food and beverage purchased elsewhere is not allowed. This includes:

• All outside alcoholic beverages, regardless of whether containers are open, sealed, bagged, or intended for later consumption

• Outside non-alcoholic beverages

• Outside restaurant or prepared food

Limited exceptions may be made for small personal grocery items, baby food, or medically necessary items at staff discretion.

Outside food or beverages may jeopardize our liquor license and our ability to operate.

If outside food or beverages are brought onto the property, guests will be asked to immediately remove the items from the premises. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service and/or being asked to leave.
